Step One: Fill out the Contact Information Form
Fill out the contact information form (found below) as completely as possible. Doing so will ensure that all the information fields will be accessible to anyone reviewing your listing information on the Mercury Free Dentist Internet Listing Database.
The last field, Key Information, is very important because it allows you as many words as you want to tell those looking for a mercury safe dentist exactly what you want him or her to know about yourself and your mercury free practice.
This is your opportunity to tell potential patients who you are, what you do, and other pertinent information, such as your degrees, membership in other associations, areas of expertise, and other treatments you offer besides safely removing amalgam fillings. Thus, if you are also an MD, ND, a DO, or an acupuncturist, etc., please enter that in the Key Information section.
There are two ways to create your Key Information:
- Type in the information you want to appear on your listing in the Key Information Section below. You can use examples of member listings as a model. California has the most members and will provide many examples of what your Key Information Text can look like. Or you can....
- Use the two Template Models that will be sent to you in the Confirmation Email you will receive when you purchase membership in the listing service. You can then easily personalize your Key Information by following the instructions provided.
Step Two: Send Contact Information Form
Once the Contact Information Form below has been filled out, click on Send Form and the form will automatically be submitted to Dr. McGuire's staff. Once the form has been sent to us, you will be linked directly to our Secure Shopping Cart where you can purchase your Mercury Free Dentist Internet Listing Membership. (You can also purchase membership by telephone. See below for further information.)
Step Three: Confirmation of Membership Purchase
After you have purchased your Membership and Confirmation of Purchase is received by our staff, your Contact Information will be entered into the Mercury Free Dentists Database on both of Dr. McGuire's websites, www.dentalwellness4u.com and www.mercuryfreenow.com and full membership benefits will immediately be in effect.
You will then receive an email confirming your membership and be asked to verify that your contact information has been correctly entered. The Confirmation Email will also include a list of benefits, Key Information Template Models, the URL, Username and Password needed to access the Referenced and Abstracted Articles, and a link to purchase Dr. McGuire's books at a discount. Your complimentary copy of Tooth Fitness will be mailed to you.
